Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel dreht sich alles um die Zellkulturmedien, um deren Inhaltsstoffe und Einsatzmoglichkeiten. Aufgrund der Vielzahl der auf dem Markt erhaltlichen Produkte sollen in diesem Kapitel die Standardmedien und einige Neuentwicklungen vorgestellt werden, die dem derzeitigen Trend zur serumreduzierten bzw. serumfreien Zellkultur Rechnung tragen. Die Zellkulturzusatze und Supplemente wie Seren werden in Kapitel 8 detailliert besprochen.
