Zusammenfassung
Unter dem Begriff Neuroleptika (Antipsychotika) werden Psychopharmaka zusammengefasst, die sich durch ein charakteristisches Wirkspektrum auf die Symptome psychotischer Erkrankungen auszeichnen. Ihr klinisch-therapeutischer Effekt beruht auf einer dämpfenden Wirkung auf psychomotorische Erregtheit, Aggressivität, affektive Spannung, psychotische Sinnestäuschungen, psychotisches Wahndenken, katatone Verhaltensstörungen und schizophrene Ich-Störungen.
