Zusammenfassung

Die Synovektomie des oberen Sprunggelenkes ist ein Bestandteil der operativen Behandlung der rheumatoiden Arthritis (R.A. bzw. chronischen Polyarthritis c.P.). In offener Technik sind mittelfristig im Mittel in ca. 70% positive Reduzierung von Schwellung, Schmerz und Funktion bekannt [5, 8, 11, 12].
