Zusammenfassung

Hochtibiale Osteotomie (HTO) vs. unikondyläre Schlittenprothese Bei der hohen tibialen Osteotomie handelt es sich um eine ein- bzw. zweidimensionale und extrakapsuläre Korrektur einer Kniedeformität. Die HTO beeinflusst die Statik des Kniegelenkes in Extension, jedoch nur marginal die Dynamik des Kniegelenkes in Flexion. Der unikompartimentale Gelenkersatz erlaubt eine Korrektur in allen 3 Ebenen des Raums.
