Zusammenfassung
Klinisch imponieren an den Mundwinkeln ein- oder beidseitig eine Schuppung und entzündliche Fissuren (Abb. 17.1). Auch gelbliche oder hämorrhagische Schuppenkrusten treten auf (Abb. 17.2).
Perlèche. Beide Mundwinkel sind entzündlich gerötet. Zusätzlich besteht eine ausgeprägte Cheilitis (irritative Dermatitis unter oraler Isotretinoin-Behandlung wegen Akne).
Perlèche. Beidseits im Lippenwinkel auf entzündlich veränderter Haut oberflächliche Rhagaden und gelbliche Schuppenkrusten.
