Zusammenfassung
Kennzeichen einer Nagelpilzerkrankung sind farbliche, insbesondere weißliche, gelbliche oder gelblich-bräunliche und strukturelle Veränderungen in Form von Verdickung, Aufsplitterung der Nagelplatte und des Nagelbetts mit typischen subungualen Keratosen. Die Veränderungen sind in der Regel auf den Nagel beschränkt. Eine Mitbeteiligung der Nagelumgebung fehlt.
