Die Arbeitsgruppe Basisdokumentation und Ergebnisqualität im DGPPN-Referat „Qualitätssicherung“ war bereits Anfang der 90er Jahre beauftragt worden, eine für die interne und externe Qualitätssicherung geeignete Basisdokumentation (BADO) zu erarbeiten und ein entsprechendes Qualitätssicherungskonzept vorzulegen [1].
