Therapie von kongenitalen vaskulären Malformationen

Zusammenfassung

Als Friedberg [13] 1867 (Abb. 1) und später Klippel u. Trenaunay [17] im Jahr 1900 und danach auch Weber [53] bestimmte angeborene Krankheitsbilder beobachteten und klinisch beschrieben, waren sie nicht in der Lage, die dermatologischen und die Gefäßbefunde durch eine spezifische Diagnostik zu differenzieren. Sie konnten daher weder die Form noch die Pathophysiologie der offensichtlichen Fehlbildungen erfassen. Da wir heute die Befunde sehr klar differenzieren können, „ergibt der Gebrauch der historischen allgemeinen und beschreibenden Syndromennamen keinen Sinn mehr, da sie ungenau sind“, wie Malan [39–41] schon seit 1960 immer wieder proklamiert hat.
