Zusammenfassung

Gefäßveränderungen oder vaskuläre Probleme nach Nierentransplantation im Kindesalter sind vielfältig. Eine an der Anatomie orientierte Einteilung betrifft deren Lokalisation:

  • Die großen Gefäße sind vorwiegend von operativen und thrombotischen Komplikationen betroffen.

  • Bei den kleinen Gefäßen sind es überwiegend die thrombotische Mikroangiopathie, vaskuläre Rejektionen und die chronische Transplantatvaskulopathie.
