In vielen Fällen können bei gleichzeitigem regelmäßigem Training Medikamente eingespart werden, beispielsweise um einen erhöhten Blutdruck zu normalisieren. Andererseits müssen aber auch Interaktionen beachtet werden, die sich nicht fördernd, sondern hemmend auswirken [49, 90].
