Operative Einrenkung des luxierten Hüftkopfes in das Azetabulum. Dies erfolgt durch Resektion des elongierten Ligamentum capitis femoris, Reduktion des Pulvinarfettes und Beseitigung sonstiger Repositionshindernisse (Kap selisthmus, verengtes Ligamentum transversum). Postoperative Fixation im Gipsverband unter fakultativer Verwendung eines Kirschnerdrahtes zur temporären Gelenkstabilisation. Die offene Reposition kann isoliert oder in Kombination mit pfannendachverbesernden Eingriffen und/oder Femurosteotomien (Derotation, Varisation und/oder Verkürzungen) erfolgen.
