Abstract
The purpose of this final chapter is to bring together the several themes of this Anglo-German research project. This concluding chapter will reiterate the purpose of the study before going on to summarise the key findings of the research analyses. Where appropriate, the importance of both practical and theoretical findings for entrepreneurs and their senior managers in NTBFs, policy makers and fellow academics will be highlighted and discussed briefly .
