Zusammenfassung
Logistikkooperationen bieten als Alternative zur vollständigen Fremdvergabe insbesondere für klein- und mittelständische Unternehmen Kosteneinsparungspotenziale aufgrund von Synergieeffekten. Der vorliegende Beitrag diskutiert, wie bekannte quantitative Planungsansätze der Beschaffungs-, Produktions- und Distributionslogistik genutzt werden können, um in den verschiedenen Phasen einer Kooperation, Anbahnung — Vertragsgestaltung — Controlling, Synergiepotenziale zu schätzen bzw. zu ermitteln. Darüber hinaus werden ökonomische Ansätze zur Verteilung von Kooperationsvorteilen vorgestellt und diskutiert.
