Zusammenfassung
Call und Put Optionen auf Aktien sind streng genommen Optionen auf Optionen. Dies wurde bereits von Fischer Black und Myron Scholes in ihrem berühmten Aufsatz zur Optionspreisbewertung von 1973 erkannt, aber nicht weiter problema- tisiert.1 Erst einige Jahre später wurde durch (1979) eine geschlossene Lösung für die Bewertung einer Option auf eine Option veröffentlicht. Ein anderer Literaturzweig hat aufbauend auf (1974) Eigen- und Fremdkapital selbst als Optionen auf die Entwicklung des Unternehmensvermögens angesehen. (1994) hat ein analoges Modell zu (1974) entwickelt, mit dem Unterschied, dass Fremdkapital als Consol Bond bzw. Preferred Stock (d.h. ohne festen Rückzahlungstermin) interpretiert wird.
