Zusammenfassung
Dieser Beitrag soll den aktuellen Stand zur Modellierung von Geschäftsmodellen aus der Sicht des Dienstleistungsmanagements behandeln. Das Ziel dabei ist es, mögliche Forschungslücken zu erschließen und Perspektiven zu skizzieren, die den weiteren Verlauf der Entwicklung zur Modellierung von Geschäftsmodellen illus-trieren können.
