Zusammenfassung
Im Mittelpunkt dieses Beitrages steht ein Unternehmen mitzwei Fertigungslinien, auf denen unterschiedliche Produkte hergestellt werden. Gleichwohl benötigen beide Produkte zur Fertigung ein und denselben Rohstoff. Mithin bietet es sich aus Kostengründen an, die Bestellung des Rohstoffes für beide Produkte gemeinsam vorzunehmen. Im Hinblick auf den Produktionsprozess auf beiden Linien ist zu beachten, dass jeweils ein bestimmter Anteil der Produkte nichtden Qualitätsanforderungen genügt. Während einige Einheiten durch Nacharbeitdas gewünschte Qualitätsniveau erreichen, können andere Einheiten nicht mehr zur Nachfragebefriedigung herangezogen werden. Dieser auf beiden Linien anfallende Ausschuss wird dem Recycling zugeführt, wobei auch hier aufgrund der Fixkostenein abgestimmter Recyclingprozess gewählt wird. Bei der Beschaffung des Rohstoffesist ferner zu berücksichtigen, dass dieser sich durch das Rezyklat substituierenlässt. Mithin besteht das Ziel des Beitrages darin, die bestehenden Interdependenzen zu erfassen und mit einem statisch-deterministischen Losgrößenmodell die entscheidungsrelevanten Kosten des abgegrenzten Systems zu minimieren.
