Empirical Results of the Macroeconomic Impacts

Part of the Sustainability and Innovation book series (SUSTAINABILITY)

This section looks at empirical macroeconomic studies of the economic impacts of climate protection policy. Based on a characterisation of the available modelling approaches, an overview is given for Germany. The results obtained using the various modelling approaches are compared with each other in order to derive an overall assessment of the macroeconomic results.
