Explorative Functional Data Analysis for 3D-geometries of the Inner Carotid Artery

We analyze reconstructions of inner carotid arteries, obtained from 3D angiographic images, and we investigate the role of vessel geometry on the pathogenesis of cerebral aneurysms.
