Die langen Erfahrungen aus diversen individuellen E-Learning Projekten haben einen großen Teil an der Entwicklung beigetragen. Des Weiteren konnten auf Grund der detaillierten Analyse des eigenen Vorgehensmodells und der Abläufe weitere wesentliche Erkenntnisse erbracht werden, um die Kundenzufriedenheit im Unternehmen zu erhöhen.
