Abstract

The initial complement of experimental instrumentation and the physics program at CEBAF are discussed. Using the power of the electromagnetic and neutral weak interaction, the structure of light quark mesons, baryons and light nuclei will be studied utilizing high duty cycle electron and photon beams with energies up to 4 GeV.
