Zusammenfassung

Das Lymphom ist nach dem Karzinom der häufigste maligne Tumor des Magens. Ca. 2%–5% aller Magentumoren sind primäre Magenlymphome [1]. Sie finden sich als gastrale Manifestation im Rahmen eines Non-Hodgkin oder Hodgkin-Lymphoms oder als primäres malignes Lymphom des Magens. Der Altersgipfel liegt in der 5.–7. Dekade. Männer und Frauen sind gleich häufig betroffen [2].
