Zusammenfassung
Frühere Hirnläsionsstudien beim Menschen (Milner 1965 und Wyke 1971), Läsions-studien bei Primaten, elektrophysiologische Untersuchungen am Menschen (Lang et al. 1986) und an Primaten, sowie Untersuchungen der regionalen Hirndurchblutung (Lang et al. 1988) haben gezeigt, daß dem Frontalhirn eine wichtige Aufgabe der corticalen Kontrolle des motorischen Lernens zukommt. Wir haben untersucht, welche Areale beim Menschen kritisch für das unilaterale und bimanuelle motorische Lernen sind.
