Giant Posterior Cerebral Aneurysms: 66 Patients

Abstract

Since the illustration and description of the first 13 aneurysms (Fig. 17.1), another 53 have been operated upon. Altogether 39 have arisen from the P1 or the P1–P2 junction, 20 from the P2, and 7 from the P3 or P4 portion of the artery (Table 17.2).
