Variational Calculations for Scattering States in Three-Nucleon Systems

Abstract

The method of correlated hyperspherical basis functions can be succesfully applied to calculate three-nucleon scattering states. The results obtained for N-d elastic scattering compare very well with those available from Faddeev type approaches.
