Abstract

The paper presents the new anthropoidic measuring device which can move with an industrial robot. After considering the possibilities of introducing an anthropoidic measuring device, we are dealing with the construction and calibration of a measuring device. The main purposes of anthropoidic measuring device are geometrical measuring and robot performance testing. The results of the experiments show that such a system can perform different measuring tasks and that the existing industrial robot ist used as a carrier of the measuring device only.
