Die Rolle der Ergotherapie bei der stationären Frührehabilitation chronisch schizophrener Patienten

Zusammenfassung

Die Organisationsstruktur und die Gruppenarbeit der Rehabilitationsstation an der Psychiatrischen Abteilung des LKH Klagenfurt wird kurz beschrieben und das ergotherapeutische Konzept dargestellt. Aus diesem ergeben sich einerseits beschäftigungstherapeutische und andererseits arbeitstherapeutische Angebote, sodaß Defizite ausgeglichen werden können in Richtung Kreativität/Freizeit und sachliche Kompetenz/Arbeit. Parallel dazu ermöglichen die Programme der kompetenzorientierten Projektarbeit und der interaktionellen Gemeinschaftsarbeit soziale Rehabilitation.

Summary

The role of occupational therapy in the early stages of rehabilitation of chronic schizophrenic patients. The organisational structure and the group work of the rehabilitation ward in the Psychiatric Department of the General Hospital Klagenfurt are sketched and the concept of occupational therapy described in particular. The latter results in occupational therapy programmes on one hand and in work therapy programmes on the other. Thus deficits can be countered by both an emphasis on creativity/leisure as well as task orientation/work. Social rehabilitation additionally is facilitated by work-projects and community-projects.
