Abstract

The Municipal Outreach Program in Oslo is concerned with street work among drifting youth involved with drug addiction. 1000 different youths are in contact with us every year. The mean age of the youngsters are 22 years. The medical service has about 200 different patients every year. 15% of the patients are HIV-positive.
