Zusammenfassung
Ziel der selektiven Darmdekontamination (SDD) ist die Elimination von gramnegativen Enterobakterien aus Oropharynx und Gastrointestinaltrakt, um damit die Kolonisation und das Auftreten von nosokomialen Pneumonien, Septikämien und Multiorganversagen bei Intensivpatienten zu verhindern.
