Auch die extramuralen Rehabilitationseinrichtungen sind als Netzwerk aufgebaut, um den jeweiligen Erfordernissen beeinträchtigter Patienten durch mehr sozial ausgerichtete oder stützende Maßnahmen gerecht zu werden.
