Zusammenfassung

Veränderungen der humoralen und zellulären Immunität nach Operationen und Narkose wurden mehrfach beschrieben [5, 13]. Hierbei blieb kontrovers, ob die postoperative Immunsupression allein durch das chirurgische Trauma und den perioperativen Streß ausgelöst wird, oder ob es zusätzlich eine Anästhetika induzierte Immunsupression gibt [8]. Die humorale Immunität wird durch nicht spezifische Faktoren wie Komplement, Fibronektin und die spezifischen Immunglobuline gewährleistet.
