Zusammenfassung
Patienten mit Enzephalitis präsentieren sich gelegentlich auch mit Hautveränderungen. Die Effloreszenzen können polymorph sein und von kleinfleckigen Exanthemen bis zu massiven Hautnekrosen imponieren [1]. Im vorliegenden Fallbericht wird dargestellt, daß die Abklärung der dermatologischen Situation Rückschlüsse auf die Ätiologie des neurologischen Krankheitsgeschehens erlauben kann.
