Direct steroid injections in the treatment of single bone cyst

In the past, conventional surgical procedures for treatment of single bone cysts (curettage and bone grafting through a limited cortical window) were not satisfactory, showing a recurrence rate around 30–40% [3, 6, 19, 25].
