Future Experimental Developments for Few Body Physics at NIKHEF-K

Abstract

An outline is given of the future research program with the 500 MeV electron scattering facility at NIKHEF-K. Exclusive experiments in which recoil particles are detected require new technical developments involving a thin-window target and a special purpose detector. Triple-coincidence work, neutron knock-out and out-of-plane reaction studies need a large solid angle hadron detector and a neutron rime-of flight channel. This program will be further expanded after the proposed energy and duty factor increase of the present accelerator.
