Incomplete Dislocations of the Lower Cervical Spine with Unilateral Articular Fracture—the Value of Arthrodesis by Anterior Operative Approach

This paper describes a lesion of the mobile spinal segment associated with a unilateral articular fracture which undoubtedly facilitates both displacement and reduction but nonetheless also brings about a certain degree of instability which has not been given enough emphasis in the literature.
