Abstract

Isolated fractures of the articular pillar in the lower cervical spine are difficult to detect, as it is pointed out by Dosch [1] and by Gehweiler, Osborne and Becker [2], who find them in 8% of their patients with spine traumatisms. We report here three cases with similar anamnesis, same level (C7), same clinical cervico-brachialgic manifestation and same diagnostic difficulties.
