Abstract

The molecular characteristics of the matrices have mostly been studied through the use of sophisticated methods which require an advanced technology and which can very often be carried out on animals only. The aim of our work was to set up a fast and practical technique of analysis of matrices based on relatively simple tools, and adequate to be applied also to routinary histological preparations (paraffine inclusions).
