Interaction and Structure of Nucleons in Deuterium
The high Q2 predictions for the elastic electromagnetic deuteron form factors based on the nucleon-nucleon interaction via exchange of mesons,πσ,ηρ,ω, δ compared with OCD predictions and improved by QCD constraints on the nucleon-meson vertices.
The unique nonstandard solution to the problems of the conventional approach to the deuteron smearing corrections in the deep inelastic electron-deuteron scattering, including consideration of dynamical off-shell corrections to the nucleon structure and indicating out that these dynamical corrections are much bigger than the properly calculated Fermi motion effects, for x ∼ < 0.6.
