Laser Effect on Normal Vessels (CO2-Nd: YAG-Argon). Histological Data

Vessel closure is due to instantaneous vessel shrinkage by thermal collagen contraction and fusion as supported by gross observation and histological examination, blood elements are not damaged and only few cells of the adventitia at the site of impact are shaved off8.
