Besondere Situationen bei rhegmatogenen Netzhautabhebungen

Zusammenfassung

Mit den im 2. Hauptabschnitt des Buches beschriebenen Standardmethoden der Amotiochirurgie lassen sich etwa 95% aller rhegmatogenen Netzhautabhebungen mit großer Aussicht auf Erfolg behandeln. Unter diese 95% fällt auch eine Gruppe von Netzhautabhebungen, für welche die Anwendung der angegebenen Standardmethoden zwar ebenfalls zutrifft, bei denen aber besondere Begleitumstände die Art des Vorgehens modifiziert. Rund 5% der rhegmatogenen Netzhautabhebungen ist über die Anwendung der Standardmethoden hinaus nur durch den zusätzlichen Einsatz der Vitrektomie bzw. der Membranektomie und der inneren Tamponadeverfahren beizukommen. Beide Gruppen außerordentlicher Manifestationen der rhegmatogenen Netzhautabhebungen wurden unter dem Sammelbegriff „Besondere Situationen bei rhegmatogenen Netzhautabhebungen“ subsumiert.
