Neurohumoral Mechanisms of Cellular Aging
Galilei once wrote that one of the main tasks of science is to measure the measurable and to make what cannot be measured measurable. An old and at the same time always new question is whether the rate of aging of individual groups of cells can be determined and whether, consequently, the principal mechanisms of the whole organism’s aging can be assessed exactly.
