New Developments in Mathematical Physics

Part of the book series: Acta Physica Austriaca ((FEWBODY,volume 23/1981))

Abstract

In my lectures, I shall describe recent progress in mathematical justification of the three-body Coulomb scattering problem. Importance of the former for the atomic and nuclear physics is evident and I shall not repeat known arguments [1–3]. I shall pay principal attention to the mathematical aspects of this problem.

Lectures given at XX. Internationale Universitätöwochen für Kernphysik, Schladming, Austria, February 17–26, 1981
