Pressure Sores and Myocutaneous Flaps

All surgeons who have examined the problem of pressure sores affirm that the best therapy consists in their prevention. Since this is not always possible, therapy through years has expressed itself thus: from increasingly thicker cutaneous flaps to muscular flaps and, most recently, myocutaneous flaps.
