Zusammenfassung

Durch anatomische, klinische, physiologische, biochemische und chemische Studien (1–35) gelang es, den Bildungsort der Hypothalamus-Hormone zu bestimmen. Die Biosynthese von Oxytocin und Vasopressin erfolgt in den Zellen des nucleus supraopticus und nucleus paraventri-cularis. Die eminentia mediana ist die Produktionsstätte der Hypothalamus-Regulationshormone.
