Part of the book series: Acta Physica Austriaca ((FEWBODY,volume 13/1974))

Abstract

The plan of these lectures is as follows: In 1. I shall briefly review the current experimental situation for \(\pi \pi \to \pi \pi ,\pi \pi \to K\overline{K}and{{K}_{\pi }}\to {{K}_{\pi }}\) phase shift analysis; in 2. I shall give an account of some of the dispersion techniques which are evolving for the imposition of crossing symmetry and in 3. I shall present the results of some analyses which have been carried out in order to complete the fragmentary picture provided by the phase shift analyses and to enable one to compare with theoretical models.

Lectures given at XIII. Internationale Universitätswochen für Kernphysik, Schladming, February 4–16, 1974.
