Zusammenfassung

Das Maximumprinzip, eng mit der Variationsrechnung verwandt, eröffnet die Möglichkeit, auch Systeme zu optimieren, deren Zustands- und Kontrollvariable Beschränkungen unterliegen. Im Gegensatz zur klassischen Variationsrechnung werden solche Beschränkungen schon der Ableitung des Verfahrens zugrunde gelegt.
