Zusammenfassung

Die geringe Anpassungsfähigkeit mancher Hülsenfrüchte bringt es mit sich, daß ihre großen Vorzüge nicht genügend genutzt werden können, weil sie zu wenig widerstandsfähig gegen die Schwankungen der Witterung sind. Dies bedingt das große Risiko in ihrem Anbau. Die Samen der Hülsenfrüchte haben einen verhältnismäßig hohen Keimwasserbedarf.
