Zusammenfassung
Um einen gesamtwirtschaftlichen Maßstab für den technischen Fortschritt im besonderen aufzustellen, genügen die allgemeinen Wachstumsparameter offenbar nicht. Wie lassen sich die realisierten Produktivitätssteigerungen erklären, welche Faktoren sind dafür maßgebend und in welchem Ausmaß beeinflussen sie einzeln die Totalproduktivität? — Dieses Problem gilt es zu lösen, wobei etwaige gültige Resultate sowohl für die Lohnpolitik als auch für die zukünftige Politik des Wirtschaftswachstums relevant werden.
