Zusammenfassung
In den vergangenen Jahren, seit der Entwicklung und immer häufigeren Anwendung der Röntgenologie, wird die Perkussion der Herzgrenzen an vielen Instituten kaum mehr gelehrt oder geübt. Man nannte sie eine „aussterbende Methode“, welche in der Vergangenheit ihren Dienst getan hat, jetzt aber „aus der großen und anwachsenden Zahl der brauchbaren klinischen- und Laboratoriumsmethoden verdrängt werden sollte“.
