Zusammenfassung

Zur Behebung funktioneller Ausfälle am Coronararteriensystem des Menschen wird unter anderen Möglichkeiten eine Revaskularisation durch Implantation einer außerhalb des Herzens befindlichen benachbarten Arterie in das Myocard in Erwägung gezogen. Unsere Untersuchungen führten wir am Hundeherzen durch, hei welchem Wenzel und Wense diesen Gedanken tierexperimentell, allerdings am gesunden Hundeherzen. verwirklichten, wobei sie die von Vineberg und Mitarbeitern angegebene Operationstechnik modifizierten (Abb. 1).
