Zusammenfassung
Der Schalldruck wird durch mechanische Schwingungen oder Erschütterungen fester, flüssiger oder gasförmiger Körper hervorgerufen; ihre Bewegungen werden der Luft mitgeteilt, die sie in Form von (Schall-)Wellen dem Trommelfell zutragt. Die Störung der (theoretischen) Ruhelage des Trommelfelles regt dann den „Hör“vorgang an.
